POSITION SUMMARY
REMEDY is seeking a creative and highly detail-oriented Packaging Graphic Designer to join our team, reporting directly to the Lead Packaging Designer.
This role is heavily execution and production-focused. We are looking for a designer with strong technical packaging knowledge who can accurately execute established creative direction across a wide range of packaging formats, retail materials, and product launches. While the role will operate within established brand guidelines, there is still room for thoughtful creative input and selective design freedom where appropriate.
The ideal candidate combines strong production skills, typography, organization, and packaging expertise with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a designer who is highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple packaging revisions, regulatory updates, and production deliverables simultaneously.
RESPONSIBILITIESPackaging Design & Production
- Execute packaging layouts across Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary packaging formats, including cartons, labels, tubes, bottles, displays, kits, and promotional packaging
- Prepare production-ready mechanicals and final print files under the direction of the Lead Packaging Designer
- Implement copy updates, regulatory changes, rolling revisions, and packaging updates across multiple SKUs
- Cross-check vendor proofs, print files, separations, and dielines for accuracy
- Ensure accuracy of typography, alignment, spacing, color callouts, and print specifications
- Maintain organized file structures and version control across active projects
- Support packaging adaptations across shades, sizes, formats, and product extensions
- Assist in maintaining consistency across packaging systems and product families
Brand Execution
- Execute established creative direction and packaging systems across multiple product categories
- Uphold and maintain REMEDY’s visual identity standards across packaging and retail touchpoints
- Execute and maintain brand consistency across:
- Packaging
- Retail displays
- POS/In-store materials
- GWP and promotional programs
- Translate approved creative direction into accurate, production-ready execution
- Support ongoing revisions, updates, and launch rollouts while maintaining attention to detail and production accuracy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product Development
- Regulatory/Compliance
- Manufacturing partners
- Packaging vendors and printers
- Participate in review rounds, approvals, and packaging revisions
- Help manage timelines and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Clearly communicate file updates, revisions, and production changes across teams
- Support packaging development and production workflows under the guidance of the Lead Packaging Designer
Production & Vendor Coordination
- Prepare files for print and manufacturing
- Assist with press checks, production approvals, and color matching when needed
- Troubleshoot packaging and production issues proactively
- Help maintain packaging consistency across production runs
- Support vendor communication regarding print specifications, file setup, and production requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, wellness, or CPG packaging
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging production and brand execution work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Strong understanding of:
- Print production
- Packaging dielines
- Prepress/setup requirements
- Packaging production workflows
- Experience working with regulatory copy and compliance updates (FDA/MoCRA preferred)
- Strong typography, layout, and production execution skills
- Exceptional organization and file management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple revisions and shifting priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and production accuracy

- Beauty/skincare packaging design
- Drug Facts formatting/layouts
- Retail packaging systems
- Working with packaging vendors and printers
- Packaging component familiarity
- Material/color/finish knowledge
- Experience adapting packaging systems across multiple SKUs
- Experience in fast-paced product launch environments

Support the accurate and efficient execution of packaging and retail creative across multiple active products while maintaining production accuracy, brand consistency, organization, and speed-to-market under the direction of the Lead Packaging Designer.
