We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual to join a growing team as a 1st Line Support / Customer Success Representative. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service and is eager to grow within a forward-thinking company.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries via email, live chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions
- Ensure customers have an outstanding experience with every interaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
- Contribute to help centre documentation and customer feedback loops
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Educated, ideally to Degree level (but not a necessity)
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
- Tech-literate, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Previous experience in a support or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
