Role Description
This is a full-time Remote role for an Account Management Specialist, located in Barcelona with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, and acting as a key point of contact. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, analyzing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to prioritize client success.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Client Relationship Management
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate client data and propose solutions
- Proficiency in workflow tools, CRM systems, or other platforms related to account management
- Experience in a similar role within a client-focused environment is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
