Role Description

This is a full-time OR Part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform various administrative and organizational tasks to support daily business operations. Responsibilities include managing communications such as phone calls and emails, maintaining schedules and calendars, organising and updating records, and providing executive-level administrative assistance. The role will also involve clerical duties such as preparing documents, data entry, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills to support daily operations and needs.
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for managing correspondence and interactions with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or other administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles or a related field is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced qualifications or certifications in administration are a plus.
  • Experience of requirements for ISO 9001, 18001 and 45001 would be beneficial.
