We are sourcing on behalf of a well-respected HR consultancy that partners with leading employers worldwide to streamline talent acquisition and elevate the candidate experience. As the demand for high-quality screening grows, the company is expanding its virtual assessment team and is seeking professional, people-oriented HR Screening Specialists in a variety of timezones to conduct brief live video interviews and produce polished candidate assessments for client review.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a fluent English-speaking HR Screening Specialist to conduct online video screening interviews with job candidates across a variety of industries. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a polished and professional presence, and excellent written communication abilities. You’ll be the first human interaction many candidates have during the hiring process, so your ability to create a warm, respectful, and insightful experience is essential. You’ll be responsible for writing clear and structured assessment summaries to be shared with client employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live video screening interviews with candidates across various roles and experience levels.
- Assess candidates based on job fit, communication skills, professionalism, and attitude.
- Document screening conversations with clear, well-written summaries for internal and client use.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming virtual presence at all times.
- Use internal tools to update records, schedule calls, and manage candidate data.
- Coordinate with client-facing teams to ensure timely handoff of shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and unbiased judgment throughout the screening process.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—warm, clear, and professional.
- Comfortable conducting interviews via Zoom, Google Meet, or other video platforms.
- Able to work independently in a quiet, professional, and distraction-free home office.
- Proficient with basic productivity tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, scheduling platforms).
- Strong attention to detail and structured writing skills for post-interview summaries.
