What You’ll Do

You will own revenue generation end to end by sourcing, closing, and expanding B2B consulting and delivery engagements for ProductNest, while collaborating with other business development partners when opportunities overlap.

• Source and approach startups and SMEs needing senior product, UX, engineering, or AI expertise

• Own the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close

• Run consultative sales conversations with support from ProductNest leadership

• Collaborate with other business development partners on shared or cross-sourced opportunities

• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and forecast accurately using our internal tools

• Identify upsell and repeat-business opportunities

• Hand over signed deals cleanly to internal or partner delivery teams

Who This Is For

You have experience selling B2B services or consulting, not just SaaS licenses. You are comfortable owning results in a performance-based model and managing your own pipeline. You can run deals independently and bring them to close. You understand that selling senior expertise requires trust and credibility, not scripts. You already have or can build access to decision-makers.

Commercial Terms

This is an independent contractor engagement. Compensation is 10–20% commission on revenue collected, depending on deal size, sourcing strength, and repeat business. Commission is paid as client payments are received. There is no base salary and no cap on earnings.
