About the job
We are seeking an autonomous and proactive Technical Delivery Manager to support our customers with platform implementation and drive their success in the most efficient and structured way - intelligently balancing the process expectations of demanding clients with the agility and outcome-focused culture of Plumery.
What will you work on?
- Shape delivery practices: Partner with leadership to design and continuously improve our delivery methods, playbooks, and metrics.
- Own end-to-end delivery: Lead implementation of the Plumery platform from kickoff to go-live for high-impact customers.
- Orchestrate stakeholders: Coordinate product engineering, partners, and customer teams; run cadences and keep everyone aligned.
- Enable partners: Guide and unblock partner teams involved in delivery to ensure quality and speed.
- Communicate with clarity: Establish crisp, ongoing communication between the customer and internal/partner teams.
Who are you?
- Enterprise delivery pro: 8+ years managing complex programmes in banks, insurers, telcos, or similar enterprises.
- Pragmatic operator: Skilled at structuring projects, managing dependencies, and unblocking teams, using lightweight, effective practices (not process for process’s sake).
- Technical fluency: Having a technical background is a significant advantage; comfortable with modern platforms, APIs, cloud, and integrations; quick to learn new technical concepts.
- Remote-first communicator: Thrive in async, written-first collaboration; you write clearly and structure information well.
- Servant-leader: You enable others to do their best work; you influence without heavy-handed control.
- Excellent communicator: Fluent English, concise and audience-aware in writing and speech.
