Role Description

We are seeking a Director of Growth for a full-time remote role to drive and oversee customer acquisition, retention, and business development across the NFL, NCAA, and High School leagues. This role involves developing and scaling marketing strategies, managing sales workflows, building partnerships, analyzing market trends, and overseeing growth-related projects. The Director will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, driving revenue growth, and optimizing internal processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and assess campaign performance.
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development, including building relationships and generating revenue.
  • Strong Project Management skills to ensure efficient execution of growth initiatives.
  • Expertise in Marketing to design and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Understanding of the sports or technology industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
