Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and organizing insurance-related projects and internal initiatives. In this position, the coordinator tracks timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Daily responsibilities include coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners, preparing status reports, maintaining project documentation, and following up on action items. The role also involves updating project plans, monitoring progress against goals, and helping identify risks or issues that may impact project outcomes. The Project Coordinator works closely with managers and team members to promote smooth workflows and consistent service to clients.

- Customer service mindset and professionalism when supporting insurance projects and client-focused initiatives.
- Preferred: Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field, and an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a similar discipline.
