Team members collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide responsive, knowledgeable service. The organization values reliability, professionalism, and long-term relationships with both its clients and its staff.
Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and organizing insurance-related projects and internal initiatives. In this position, the coordinator tracks timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Daily responsibilities include coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners, preparing status reports, maintaining project documentation, and following up on action items. The role also involves updating project plans, monitoring progress against goals, and helping identify risks or issues that may impact project outcomes. The Project Coordinator works closely with managers and team members to promote smooth workflows and consistent service to clients.
Qualifications
  • Project coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills for clear written and verbal interactions with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, video conferencing).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining documentation, tracking data, and preparing reports.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize work, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and support decision-making.
  • Customer service mindset and professionalism when supporting insurance projects and client-focused initiatives.
  • Preferred: Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field, and an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a similar discipline.
