Data Analyst – Transformation & Change Analytics (Power BI, Agile, SQL)

About The Role We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Data Analyst to support enterprise transformation and organizational change initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with transformation leaders and Agile teams to design compelling dashboards, perform advanced data analysis, and generate insights that improve digital adoption, change management, and operational performance. This position is ideal for someone passionate about translating complex feedback and Agile metrics into clear visualizations and recommendations that inform real-world decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to present strategic transformation data and adoption KPIs
• Analyze Agile transformation metrics such as speed of adoption, user proficiency, and utilization
• Translate qualitative and quantitative survey and feedback data into actionable insights
• Develop data pipelines (Databricks preferred) to support automated and scalable reporting
• Collaborate with OCM and Transformation Leads to align on adoption metrics and reporting requirements
• Communicate insights through concise, executive-ready summaries and visuals
• Leverage AI tools where applicable to support innovation and workflow optimization
• Work in Agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban), participating in ceremonies and sprints
• Use collaboration tools like Mural, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s with 3–4 years of professional experience in data analytics, statistics, or information systems
• Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data storytelling for leadership
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and metric reporting
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe transformation environments
• Familiarity with Databricks for pipeline development and analytics (nice to have)
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience translating feedback into measurable insights that drive action
• SAFE Agile certification is a plus
