What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the point of contact between customers, vendors, and culinary team staff to fulfill and place orders and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the culinary team.
  • Prepare and maintain various documents, including reports, memos, and invoices.
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking while coordinating travel arrangements for the culinary team.
  • Maintain accurate records of food and equipment inventory and monitor stock levels.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Some related experience with billing and accounting.
  • Must have intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Basic understanding of culinary operations.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
