Project Coordinator

Optomi, in partnership with a leading e-commerce and advertising platform, is looking for a Project Coordinator/Specialist-II to join the Merchant Experience Operations team at DoorDash. As a Project Associate within MXO New Verticals, you will deliver operational excellence, quality, and efficiency across merchant and CPG brand catalog operations. You will translate business strategy into team-level execution, ensuring KPIs are met while driving continuous improvement across workflows that support New Verticals and the CPG Advertising business. This role involves managing the internal and external processes and channels that power client-facing catalog management and customer-facing content, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and high-quality execution.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• 3–4 years of experience leading catalog operations or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel and/or SQL skills.
• Proven track record of building high-quality, detail-oriented processes.
