Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative at OnCare. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. The role involves actively engaging with potential clients, calling high-intent qualified leads in the home care sector.

Warm Leads, Ready to Go:

You won’t be starting from scratch. We provide all the leads, already vetted and loaded into our CRM. Your job is to pick up the phone, make the connection, and turn interest into action. No cold prospecting required—just focused outreach and follow-up with potential clients who are already in the pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Business Development skills
  • Lead Generation and Sales Skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in sales or a related field
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proven track record of meeting targets
  • Knowledge of CRM software (GHL + Close)

Compensation:

  • Commission-only to start.
  • Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
  • Opportunity to transition to a base + commission structure based on meeting KPIs consistently.
