Today, OKTO products are sold in over 30 countries worldwide and are actively scaling through retail chains, marketplaces, Amazon and our distribution network.

We are currently looking for a:

Retail Growth Manager

Someone who will help scale OKTO into international retail chains:

•  Costco; 

•  Lidl; 

•  Aldi; 

•  Walmart; 

•  Carrefour; 

•  Target; 

•  gifting and hobby retail

•  and others (in accordance with the agreed plan with the owners)

We are looking for someone who will:

•  identify market opportunities; 

•  analyse retail trends; 

•  understand which products actually sell; 

•  develop product ideas; 

•  work with international buyers; 

•  drive business growth

•  work with major international retailers 

•  see the tangible results of their work; 

•  grow alongside the company.

Area of responsibility

•  Analysis of international retail chains and product categories. 

•  Identifying opportunities for the development and growth of the OKTO brand. 

•  Analysis of competitors and trends

•  Drafting 4P briefs for the product team to develop new products

•  Working with pricing models, packaging types and positioning for each individual retail channel 

•  Communicating with chain buyers 

•  Preparing presentations and commercial proposals 

•  Participating in international trade fairs

•  Launching new retail chains and entering new markets

•  Monitoring product sales in retail chains, stock turnover rates and SKU efficiency

•  Planning seasonal collections and offers

•  Planning marketing activities with retail chains to promote the OKTO brand

Key experience

•  Experience working with retail chains or in FMCG. 

•  Experience working with international retail chains would be a significant advantage. 

•  Experience in sales / business development / trade marketing / category management. 

•  Understanding of the product, packaging and product economics. 

•  Experience in negotiations and working with buyers. 

•  Understanding of product performance in the retail channel: sales velocity, margins and repeat orders.

Salary - from 8 000 ZL + KPI bonus + % of net sales
