Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Operations Management, with a track record of improving productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership in Operational Excellence and Operations Management, including continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management, including demand planning, sourcing, logistics, and inventory optimization.
- Proven ability to lead remote and distributed teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive change at scale.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills; proficiency with operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex operational concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives or enterprise-wide process improvement programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are beneficial.
