companies to accelerate productivity through clinical development, manufacturing, drug development and
commercialization process. Our operations are spanning in more than 35 countries across the globe. We
are supporting Sponsors, Research & Development centers, and Clinical Research Organization’s to build
their drug development capabilities, improve productivity, by supplying the comparator drugs or RLDs from
various countries across the globe.
Summary :
This position is responsible for the management of all aspects of the sales process including active
prospecting, qualification, evaluation, close and account care and will play an integral role in the success of
the overall sales team. This is a revenue quota-carrying sales position.
This is a full-time remote position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development Manager for New Life Biopharma Limited within a determined sales
territory in the Europe Region.
Have a working knowledge of Generic and Brand pharmaceutical Industry, contracting, clinical trial
supplies or comparator drug supplies, distribution/wholesaler channels, pricing structures, clinical
trial sites etc.
Develop strong and ongoing relationship with key decision makers, key influencers and Technical
buyers.
Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect, and assess sales and move multiple transactions
simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
Achieve/outperform assigned annual sales and profitability targets.
Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in SAP.
Coordinate pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle.
Execute a land-and-expand sales strategy with well thought out enterprise sales strategies.
Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast to the management team in a pre-
decided format.
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports,
and making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing
professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional
societies.
Upgrade with continuous developments and industry update of the clinical trial world and new
innovative pipeline.
Individual need to handle key accounts and build solid business revenue generating relationship
with key strategic accounts.
Work Experience Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a CRO, Pharmaceutical Salesperson, preferably in the clinical trial supplies,
pharmaceuticals outsourcing team, comparator drug sourcing and supplies.
● Result driven orientation having solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
● Previous experience in SAP & MS Office will be an added advantage
● Must have keen attention to detail and possess proper phone and email etiquette.
● Ability to stay organized while effectively prioritizing multiple projects at once.
● High attention to detail when completing projects.
● Person should be in position to travel for meetings and exhibitions and events.
● Strong time management skills to complete projects by deadlines.
● Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their projects.
● Administrative skills (MS Office and Google Workspace are required).
● Maintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in health sciences, marketing, or related field experience. The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities.
