Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fractional Sales Development Representative (SDR) for this full-time remote role. The SDR will identify and qualify leads, reach out to potential clients, and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team. You'll conduct outbound prospecting, build relationships through communication channels, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with the founders to optimise lead-generation and client-acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes, with the ability to identify and pursue potential opportunities.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and a solid understanding of sales funnel management.
  • Strong organisational skills and self-motivation to work efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Understanding of the music or technology industry is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

What you’ll do

  • Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, targeted email
  • Engage Heads of Production / Creative / Ops
  • Qualify pain and ownership
  • Book high-quality meetings for the founder
  • Light LinkedIn activity (short posts, comments) to support outbound

Role details

  • Contract / fractional
  • 10–15 hrs per week (40–60 hrs/month)
  • Remote (UK/EU preferred)
  • Initial 3-month contract

  • Proven B2B SDR (SaaS or workflow tools)
  • Comfortable cold calling senior stakeholders
  • Sharp, concise communicator
  • Bonus: music / creative industry exposure
  • Suited to graduates wanting to work in the music tech industry
