  • Provide administrative and operational support to project teams, ensuring efficient execution of clinical project activities
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and presentations, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Manage the preparation, tracking, and distribution of project documents, reports, and materials throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support billing, invoicing, and payment processes by preparing and organizing required documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory standards, project guidelines, and best practices
  • Assist in identifying and resolving project issues, particularly during audits, while ensuring compliance with requirements

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, or a degree/diploma in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in administrative tools and document management systems
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to project needs
