About the Role

We are looking for a Service Delivery Associate Project Manager to manage end-to-end service delivery and order fulfillment for telecom services. You will act as the Single Point of Contact for customers and ensure smooth coordination from order validation to service activation and billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery and order fulfillment lifecycle
• Act as Single Point of Contact for customers and stakeholders
• Coordinate installation, vendors, and service activation activities
• Validate service orders and ensure accuracy with customer requirements
• Conduct status meetings and provide regular project updates
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery
• Manage multiple concurrent service orders

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in Project Management or Service Delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of telecom services / order management preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
