About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst to support business requirements gathering, documentation, and project coordination activities. You will work closely with business and technical teams to help translate requirements into clear, actionable solutions and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and workflows
• Support creation of BRD, process flows, and functional specs
• Assist in project tracking and status reporting
• Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating results
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery
• Maintain project documentation and updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in BA / project coordination / internship
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation tools
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Agile / Jira / Confluence
• Basic SQL or data analysis skills
• Experience in UAT or testing support
