Head of Sales - SaaS - Aussie Scale Up

After recent investment, international expansion & some great logos on board, this Australian SaaS business are looking for a strategic, hands on leader to build, manage & lead a sales team.

Great reputation across the retail/ ecomm/ FMCG & Manufacturing landscape in Australia, Offices in Australia & looking to scale in the next 12-18 months.

The Role

• Build, lead, mentor, and motivate an ANZ sales team to exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Drive initiatives to enhance sales processes, tools, and performance metrics.
• Inheriting & build a small sales team function.
• Support the playbook & process creation of Inbound, Outbound & Inside Sales functions.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in sales leadership or team lead roles, preferably in the SaaS/Ecomm/ Retail or Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in an early stage or scale-up environment where building is required.
• Ideally experience selling to a SMB & MM cycle.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
• Focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
