Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling video content aligned with creative briefs.
• Analyze shot composition, pacing, and visual flow to ensure cinematic excellence in every project.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to interpret the intended narrative vision.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate edits to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Utilize industry-standard editing software and tools to enhance visual and audio elements.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflows for timely project delivery.
• Communicate proactively and clearly with stakeholders, providing updates and creative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in professional video editing with a strong demo reel or portfolio.
• Deep understanding of cinematic language, including visual storytelling and narrative rhythm.
• Expertise in shot composition, analysis, and continuity editing principles.
• Proficiency with major video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in feedback and reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating efficiently with a distributed team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with creative agencies or content-driven brands.
• Background in color grading, sound design, or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in video production and social media content formats.
