  • Account Management - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients across mining, quarrying, and industrial sectors.
  • New Business Development - Identify and convert new opportunities through prospecting and site engagement.
  • Site-Based Problem Solving - Conduct walk-throughs to understand customer needs and provide tailored conveyor solutions.
  • Technical Consultation - Recommend appropriate components and engineered solutions to improve client operations.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams and field application specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Reporting & Planning - Track activity, contribute to sales planning, and meet key performance and revenue targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Technical Aptitude - Background or strong understanding of mechanical or engineering concepts, especially around conveyors or bulk handling.
  • Sales Experience - Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers in mining, quarrying, or industrial environments.
  • Strong Communicator - Personable, confident, and capable of building trust quickly with planners, engineers, and site managers.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent - Comfortable working autonomously, managing territory, and planning travel.
  • Curious & Solutions-Focused - Proactive in identifying client issues on-site and offering practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Tenure & Growth Mindset - Looking for long-term growth within a supportive, forward-thinking organisation.
