Business Analyst – Analytics & Reporting | NINJIO

As a Business Analyst at NINJIO, you’ll help shape how data is transformed into insights for both internal stakeholders and platform users. Your primary focus will be defining and supporting the development of analytics and reporting capabilities within our cybersecurity awareness platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right data is captured, interpreted, and presented to inform better decision-making and improve security outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and support the development of internal and user-facing analytics and reporting features in coordination with product and engineering teams.
• Analyze product and user engagement data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to enhance our reporting functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure appropriate data tracking and validation.
• Translate business questions into report and dashboard specifications using tools such as Snowflake and Sigma Computing.
• Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Marketing, Executives) to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the Product team to ensure analytics requirements align with overall product direction.
• Stay current on trends in cybersecurity awareness, SaaS analytics, and BI/reporting technologies to help inform platform evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in SaaS environments with a focus on analytics, data modeling, or reporting.
• Proficiency with SQL and modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Amplitude).
• Experience with Snowflake and/or Sigma BI (Sigma Computing) strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to gather input and present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify patterns and communicate actionable findings.
• Familiarity with agile environments and cross-functional project collaboration.
• A naturally curious and analytical mindset.
