Country Manager

We believe in our people and provide them with the best environment to unlock their full potential within our company.As our projects continue to expand, we are looking for an Operational Country Manager to drive growth and scale our new business direction.

What You’ll Do

• Manage operations in one or two geographical regions (geos).
• Oversee daily monitoring of product performance, financial metrics, CRM, call center operations, and other key business functions.
• Report directly to the Lead Country Manager.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of the Local Testing Manager.
• Lead the launch of new geos under different brands.
• Support and assist customer service teams, VIP specialists, and other departments in market-related operations.
• Conduct in-depth research on local markets and industry trends, adapting strategies accordingly.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of the target country/region and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• International experience (living or working abroad) is an advantage.
• High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Extensive experience in the iGaming industry is a plus but not a must.
• Experience in Affiliate partnerships is desirable.
