The business is not only an injection moulding business; they also offer optional inclusions of decoration, SMT, electronic components and special packaging. They are truly a one-stop shop, with extensive vertical integration: from design and engineering to production and assembly, through to transportation and delivery.
Listgrove has been tasked to look for a Sales Manager with knowledge and experience within an international production environment. Having strengths in Coordination, negotiation, and being able to communicate at all levels within a multinational environment.
The position
You will be responsible for the Finished Goods Cluster business segment. This area of the business has a wide product selection and incorporates such items as integrating a charger, products that have specific requirements regarding hygiene, special cleaning products, security systems, electrical items…
All production sites are IATF 16949, ISO14001 and ISO9001 certified and meet the highest standards
You will build strong relationships with your accounts and closely monitor and coordinate them. Sales growth with existing customers is key in their strategy.
To achieve this, knowledge of the finished goods market would be ideal, but even more important is your personality and the ability to communicate and negotiate at a high level!
Thinking strategically and acting tactically is why you will excel in this job. Together with a driven team in the Netherlands and abroad, you will pursue targets and actively think about which sales direction you can take.
Your Main Responsibilities
Manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
Review RFQ's and prepare quotations.
Negotiate price adjustments and commercial agreements.
Analyze and interpret sales figures.
Budget sales numbers.
Draw up account plans and follow them up.
Develop strategies for the upcoming years.
Inspire and collaborate with your sales colleagues.
Your Profile
Ideally bachelor’s/master’s degree education, which will help to indicate your analytical capability.
Some technical understanding of the injection moulding and associated processes useful.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial/account management position within a production environment.
You have experience in B2B - negotiating and doing business with multinationals.
Strong farming, hunting, and management skills.
Radiate enthusiasm and energy.
Have a business and entrepreneurial mindset.
Can express yourself verbally and in writing in English, other languages beneficial.
Willing to travel regularly (mainly within Europe) - 30%.
