Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of coordination for day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflows across departments.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract tracking, invoicing, and serving as the primary point of contact for service providers.
- Plan and coordinate virtual team meetings and company-wide events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc administrative projects and special initiatives as needed.
- Support the employee onboarding process by coordinating equipment delivery, account setup, and orientation scheduling.
- Maintain organized digital filings systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval of important documents.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office coordination, administrative support, operations, or related role is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
