About Kingsley Wealth Partners
Kingsley Wealth Partners is a client–advisor matching platform. We help individuals, families, and business owners identify their preferred type of independent advisor by capturing their goals and preferences, then introducing them to a short list of best-fit options. Our mission is simple: create high-trust introductions and an exceptional matching experience for both clients and advisors.
Role Overview
As our Business Development Manager, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with independent advisors—sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and maintaining a high-quality partner network.
- Run our “Find-My-Fit” intake with prospective clients—a quick, 5-minute call to clarify their goals and preferences, then facilitate introductions to 2–3 advisor options that align with what they want.
You’ll work a focused outreach rhythm, keep a clean CRM, and drive predictable throughput from first touch to booked introductions.
Responsibilities
- Make 50+ outbound touches/day (calls, SMS, email, LinkedIn) across advisor prospects and prospective clients.
- Source, recruit, and onboard independent advisors; create profiles by niche, service model, planning philosophy, and client fit.
- Conduct a 5-minute “Find-My-Fit” call with new client inquiries; capture goals, preferences, and constraints.
- Present 2–3 advisor options that align with the client’s preferences and book introductions; confirm details and follow up for feedback.
- Maintain an organized CRM pipeline (stages, notes, next steps, SLA response times).
- Partner with marketing to improve lead quality and with operations to refine scripts, rubrics, and playbooks.
- Consistently meet activity and conversion goals across advisor recruitment, client intake, and booked introductions.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in business development, partnerships, recruiting, or a two-sided marketplace/staffing environment.
- Proven comfort with high-velocity outreach and warm, consultative conversations.
- Excellent listening and communication skills (phone, Zoom, SMS, email).
- Process-driven with strong CRM discipline (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, or similar).
- Entrepreneurial “builder” mindset; resourceful, organized, and accountable.
- Familiarity with wealth/financial-services terminology is helpful but not required (we’ll train on our matching framework).
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary plus performance bonus tied to completed introductions and satisfaction outcomes.
- Training, scripts, and CRM tools to run the intake → match → intro workflow.
- A supportive, fast-moving culture with clear advancement paths (Advisor Partnerships, Partner Success, Operations).
