This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful brand strategies and shape how products connect with consumers across multiple channels. You will drive go-to-market initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and ensure consistent storytelling throughout the customer journey. Working across product, design, sales, and marketing teams, you will translate consumer insights into compelling campaigns. As a people leader, you will mentor a talented team while establishing best-in-class marketing practices and processes. This position combines strategic thinking, creative leadership, and operational excellence to accelerate portfolio growth. You will play a key role in defining market opportunities and delivering experiences that resonate with target audiences. Accountabilities The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring strong market positioning, effective product launches, and consistent consumer experiences across channels. This role requires a strategic marketer who can connect insights, storytelling, and business objectives to drive measurable growth.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product portfolios, including defining target consumers, value propositions, messaging frameworks, launch narratives, and marketing priorities.
  • Analyze market research and consumer insights to identify trends and provide recommendations that influence product development, positioning, packaging, and customer experience.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards, strategic objectives, and desired business outcomes.
  • Oversee marketing content development across channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness of brand messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities to optimize marketing strategies and improve portfolio results.
  • Partner with product, design, merchandising, sales, channel, and marketing teams to create cohesive customer experiences and accelerate business growth.
  • Establish scalable marketing frameworks, processes, and best practices while defining performance metrics for the team.
  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints, packaging, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer experiences.
  • Identify and recommend growth opportunities, experiments, and improvements to strengthen brand performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements The ideal candidate brings extensive brand marketing experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to build and execute successful go-to-market strategies. You should be comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manager-level or higher leadership position.
  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including positioning, value propositions, sales enablement, pricing, and channel strategies.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, competitive analysis, and brand storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights and performance data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment.
