You will contribute directly to improving product quality, development efficiency, and cross-team alignment across global teams. Accountabilities

• Analyze business and product requirements and translate them into structured, high-quality technical documentation for web-based products
• Prepare detailed technical specifications ensuring clarity, completeness, and readiness for engineering implementation
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering teams, and technical leadership to align on system requirements
• Identify missing details, inconsistencies, risks, and edge cases within product specifications
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to system-level design and architectural decisions
• Ensure fast, efficient approval cycles by delivering documentation that requires minimal clarification
• Standardize and continuously improve system analysis and documentation processes across teams
• Support development teams by ensuring requirements are actionable, testable, and well-defined

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in technical environments
• Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and system design principles
• Experience working with microservices-based architectures
• Proven ability to independently gather, analyze, and formalize complex requirements
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and cross-functional product teams
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving ability
• Proactive communication style with the ability to clarify and challenge requirements when needed
• Proficiency in Russian (documentation is primarily in Russian)
• Availability to work within European time zones
