This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in Europe. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping products that directly impact entrepreneurs and small businesses across Europe. You will lead discovery and product initiatives, collaborate closely with engineers and designers, and define roadmaps that address user needs while aligning with strategic business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, product-led environment, where autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and continuous learning are valued. You will influence cross-functional teams, mentor future PMs, and contribute to scalable product solutions that will serve a rapidly expanding user base. Accountabilities

  • Conduct continuous user discovery through interviews, research, and data analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities
  • Define OKRs, prioritize features, and shape product roadmaps to maximize user impact and achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with Product Designers and engineering squads to implement solutions iteratively, following the MVP approach
  • Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial teams
  • Lead strategic initiatives, provide guidance to the squad, and contribute to product culture and best practices
  • Mentor new PMs and take on increased responsibilities as the product team grows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management at scale-ups or product-led organizations
  • Strong user research and product sense, with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to clearly articulate vision and influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to navigate and simplify complex problems, breaking them into manageable components
  • Hands-on and proactive mindset, willing to step outside traditional PM duties to ensure product success
  • Fluency in German is required; knowledge of German accounting practices is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with curiosity for accounting or financial domains
