This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Data Analyst based in United Kingdom. We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support complex healthcare data transformation initiatives and ensure successful migration of critical information systems. This role focuses on analyzing, preparing, and optimizing healthcare data as organizations transition from legacy platforms to modern clinical information systems. You will play a key role in data quality management, migration planning, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. The position requires strong expertise in healthcare information systems, data profiling, and ETL processes to deliver accurate and compliant solutions. You will work closely with technical teams, healthcare stakeholders, and business partners to support large-scale digital transformation efforts. This is an opportunity for a highly experienced analyst to contribute to impactful healthcare modernization projects in a collaborative environment. Accountabilities

  • Lead data analysis activities supporting healthcare information system transformation and migration initiatives.
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant transfer of healthcare data from legacy systems to new platforms.
  • Gather, analyze, and document data requirements from technical teams and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Perform data profiling, quality assessments, and validation activities to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Develop and review ETL specifications to support efficient and reliable data migration processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and healthcare data standards.
  • Support the implementation of data quality initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of migration processes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and provide insights to support successful delivery of clinical information system projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with healthcare information systems.
  • At least 7 years of experience gathering data requirements, performing data profiling, and creating ETL specifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering healthcare data migration projects involving large Clinical Information Systems (CIS) within hospital environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Clinical Information Systems and healthcare data ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to manage complex data challenges while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to facilitate meetings and communicate effectively in both languages.
