Product Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Lead based in Australia. As a Product Lead, you will drive the strategic evolution of a mature business communications platform while identifying and launching new product opportunities. This role combines product strategy, market research, and cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer and business needs. You will work closely with engineering teams, leadership, and customers to shape the long-term product vision and execute high-impact initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to influence both product direction and business growth in a fast-moving, international environment. • Define and execute the long-term product strategy and vision for a mature communications platform.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities to support product expansion.
• Translate product ideas and validated hypotheses into a clear, prioritized product roadmap.
• Collaborate across business, engineering, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-value product initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to contribute to technical decision-making and product architecture discussions.
• Build and support a high-performing product organization aligned with strategic objectives.
• Drive the development of new product lines while ensuring continuous improvement of existing solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex B2B products or technology platforms.
• Strong expertise in Product Discovery, product strategy, and roadmap development.
• Solid technical understanding with the ability to collaborate effectively with software engineering teams.
• Experience defining long-term product vision and delivering strategic initiatives.
• Ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous environments and successfully launch new products or business areas.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage customers, executives, and technical teams.
• Experience in communications platforms, CPaaS, messaging, voice technologies, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Professional proficiency in Russian and English (minimum B2 level).
