Designer (Remote - North America)

• Lead end-to-end product design, from concept to implementation, creating user-centric, intuitive interfaces
• Contribute to product strategy by prioritizing features and enhancing UX through user research and iterative design
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity and design system across all platforms and materials
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless execution of design into production
• Design marketing assets including the company website, sales decks, videos, and event collateral
• Craft messaging and visual storytelling for customer proposals, investor updates, and branded materials like swag or business cards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product, UI/UX, or visual design, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital product and visual design work
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools, with excellent attention to detail and usability
• Strong communication and visual storytelling skills
• Self-starter capable of independently managing projects from ideation to execution
• Experience working with minimal oversight and building systems from the ground up
• Based in North America and authorized to work in the US (citizen or permanent resident)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for user research and customer engagement
• Bonus: experience with industrial or enterprise software, front-end implementation (React/HTML/CSS), or motion/brand animation
