This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Data Analytics Associate Manager (Investment Plan & Analysis) in United States. As a Data Analytics Associate Manager, you will drive strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights for investment planning and analysis. You will oversee data governance, master data management, and advanced analytics to optimize financial operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in SQL and Power BI, and a passion for mentoring teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative reporting solutions, enhance data quality, and guide the adoption of new technologies. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will lead initiatives that directly influence financial strategy and organizational growth. Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement data governance processes to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data across systems
  • Manage centralized datasets, data models, and Power BI dashboards to enable consistent and reliable reporting
  • Lead innovative analytics projects focused on improving investment finance capabilities and operational efficiency
  • Convert large, complex data sets into strategic insights using SQL, Power BI, and financial analysis techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical concepts into clear business impacts
  • Mentor and manage a team of Data Analysts, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous learning
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and drive the adoption of new data analytics tools and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields)
  • At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, finance, or related fields, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
  • Advanced knowledge of financial markets, investment planning, and financial analysis
  • Strong expertise in SQL and Power BI; experience with Microsoft Fabric is preferred
  • Proven experience managing complex multi-track projects in dynamic environments
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to mentor and coach teams, set priorities, and drive results under tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a persuasive approach to driving change and influencing stakeholders
