Job Description
As a Strategic Project Lead, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-quality simulations that define how frontier AI systems are trained and improved. You'll bridge the gap between customer requirements and technical execution, owning project quality and reward design. This autonomous role directly influences the development of safe, human-aligned general intelligence.
