Job Description As the first marketing hire at Solea AI, you will own the entire marketing function from scratch. Working directly with the founders, you'll transform complex AI technology into compelling narratives for home service business owners. What You Will Do

• Create end-to-end marketing assets including blog posts, case studies, sales materials, and social content that speaks directly to pest control operators.
• Lead the evolution of the brand and website, ensuring messaging and design reflect a world-class AI product that simplifies complex operations.
• Launch and manage new growth channels, such as a customer-focused podcast or targeted campaigns, to build a community and drive sales.
