Iron Mountain is looking for a detail-oriented Benefit Analyst to join our Global Benefits team and help drive financial oversight and performance analysis across international markets!
About the Role:
Reporting to the Director, Financials & Performance, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the financial management, data collection, and performance tracking of our global benefit plans. You will maintain forecasting models, build dynamic reporting packages, and collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams to ensure global alignment and data integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Global Financial Oversight: Support and maintain financial tracking tools and basic forecasting models across regional teams.
- Data Consolidation & Analysis: Aggregate global data for pooled financing arrangements, monitor key performance metrics, and track cost trends.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with the Benefits Center of Excellence (COE) and administration teams to deliver financial insights and track savings initiatives.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare periodic reporting packages, update global performance dashboards, and conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for executive leadership.
What You Bring:
- Background: 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Benefits Finance, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS) with proven experience manipulating and cleaning large datasets and census files.
- Software Experience: Familiarity with Workday or standard financial tracking software is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, high attention to data accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and fluent professional English communication.
