Job Description
This role will support multiple Volunteer Experience governance initiatives, providing the structure, disciplined execution, and cross-functional coordination needed to successfully deliver improvements across our volunteer ecosystem. This is not a traditional task-based project management role; it requires operating at both project and program levels to drive a complex, multi-workstream transformation with robust planning, coordination, and accountability across departments. The Project Manager will serve as the integration point for the Volunteer Experience program, ensuring all concurrent projects stay aligned and on schedule to achieve key roadmap milestones.
Job Type: 12-month long contract opportunity
Hourly Pay: $34-$44/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
