Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate Hytel’s growth. The BDM will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client outreach, and nurturing leads generated through marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients across target regions (USA, Europe, SE Asia, Pacific).
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to drive sales opportunities.
  • Manage and convert leads generated by Hytel’s marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, developers, leadership) to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Represent Hytel at virtual and in-person networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Track, report, and analyze sales activities and results to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in software/IT services.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and software development outsourcing models.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment.
  • Experience managing international clients across multiple time zones.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced growth.
