We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and lead end-to-end marketing strategies for our Private Bank, focusing on high-net-worth individuals globally.   • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for private banking products and services
  • Targeting high-net-worth individuals globally with tailored marketing initiatives
  • Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify key customer segments and opportunities within the private banking landscape
  • Collaborating with Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to define product roadmaps and support launches
  • Creating sales enablement materials to ensure successful go-to-market execution
  • Driving new client acquisition through digital campaigns, exclusive events, and strategic partnerships
  • Leveraging internal data and client feedback to inform product development
  • Enhancing the client experience based on insights and usage patterns
  • Ensuring our features meet the evolving needs of sophisticated financial customers

What You'll Need

  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing within fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
  • A deep understanding of and interest in Revolut’s product ecosystem
  • Knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in fintech or the payments industry
  • Experience leading strategic direction for go-to-market initiatives
  • A proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • A demonstrated ability to generate original and impactful marketing ideas
  • The ability to set the standard for creative excellence while maintaining brand integrity
  • A solid track record in consumer marketing across various industries
  • An understanding of key marketing channels, including in-product, digital, PR, and offline
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in dynamic environments
  • An exceptional eye for detail and quality

Nice to have

  • Experience in private banking or wealth management environments
