The Role

As a Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibilities will encompass the development of innovative marketing initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and facilitating the seamless flow of information. You will also be entrusted with conducting interviews and offering support to new clients throughout the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Placing advertisements and generating leads (mostly done via social media and job searching platforms)
• Interviewing potential clients via phone and/or zoom
• Participation in training with top leaders in the company
• Be a product of the product, working on your own personal development and growth mindset is essential.
• Work independently and have self accountability.
