Requirements –
Must have:
- Business fluency in English.
- Full fluency in at least one other market language.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work from Greece for the whole contract duraiton.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
Could be a plus:
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc).
- Experince with ticketing systems (Jira, Basecamp, Asana, etc).
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to digital products.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience working in a multinational team.
Responsibilities –
- Attend 4 weeks of initial training and periodic assessments.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize knowlege sources and your training to resolve product issues.
- Log cases, interactions, and feedback in internal systems.
- Occasional ad-hoc tasks, like content moderation or translation.
- Stay updated on the client’s products and services.
- Attend recurring training sessions.
