Job Overview

We're looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join our Customer Service team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you'll help customers understand their healthcare benefits and resolve questions with patience and professionalism.

Position DetailsResponsibilities

Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat

Help customers understand their accounts and benefits

Resolve basic issues and escalate when needed

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Provide friendly and professional service at all times

Follow established procedures and guidelines

Update customer information accurately in our systems

Requirements

Good communication skills

Basic computer and internet skills

Ability to work independently from home

Reliable internet connection

Customer service experience is a plus but not required

Comfortable learning new software and systems

Patience and empathy when assisting customers
