This is a unique chance to join a pioneering health and lifestyle brand during a major digital transformation, helping to launch a world-class Customer Data Platform (CDP) and drive omnichannel innovation across Europe.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be the engine behind high-impact, multilingual campaigns reaching 16 different markets. This is a punchy, fast-paced Maternity Cover role (Fixed-Term Contract) where you’ll blend creative design sensibility with technical automation mastery to deliver seamless customer journeys.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, multilingual email and omnichannel campaigns across 16 European languages.

• Build, manage, and optimize sophisticated automated customer journeys including abandoned cart, welcome series, and re-engagement flows.

• Get hands-on with cutting-edge marketing technology, playing a key role in the early-stage implementation of a new Customer Data Platform (CDP).

• Manage advanced audience segmentation, data hygiene, and contact tagging to ensure hyper-targeted communication.

• Collaborate with design and commercial teams to develop high-performing, mobile-optimized HTML/CSS email templates.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of dedicated experience in Email Marketing with a portfolio of successful, data-driven CRM campaigns.

• Hands-on proficiency with major ESP/Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or Marketo).

• Technical confidence with HTML/CSS for email and a rock-solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.

• Exceptional attention to detail—you are the final line of defense for campaign accuracy, links, and rendering.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, international environment.
