Gulf Associates operates on the principle that commercial judgment is more valuable than standard consultancy models. We work with a small book of active engagements, which allows our senior partners to stay involved in every stage of a project. This means our associates get to see the reality of how deals are made and how regulator conversations actually unfold. We are a firm that values honesty and directness. We are comfortable being measured on the results that follow our advice, such as a signed joint venture agreement or a successful operational launch. Our culture is focused on outcomes rather than internal bureaucracy: we expect our team to be self-sufficient and focused on the practical needs of our clients. In this remote role, you will be a vital part of a team that prioritizes the ground reality of the market over a distant view from a head office.
