The Role
- Lead large project management teams, breaking down technological programs and assisting with staffing
- Spearhead project planning, tracking, and oversight, providing direction and deadlines for timely completion
- Communicate project metrics and status to clients and leadership, recommending program changes as needed
- Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets, and objectives, ensuring quality deliverables
- Actively manage projects across non-direct reports, escalating risks and implementing mitigation solutions
- Support growth by preparing detailed Statements of Work and assisting with new proposals and business development
- 9+ years of experience managing complex projects through a full project management lifecycle
- 5+ years of technical project management experience
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong data manipulation/data management experience
