GuardPro Security Agency Pty Ltd is a newly established and rapidly expanding private security company based in Sydney. We specialise in providing premium security guarding and manpower solutions across NSW.
We are seeking a highly experienced, driven, and results-focused Business Development Manager to lead our growth, win key contracts, and establish GuardPro as a trusted security provider in the market.
THE ROLE
As our Business Development Manager, you will:
- Identify, prospect, and secure high-value clients across retail, corporate, commercial, residential, government, and construction sectors.
- Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets for guarding and manpower contracts.
- Lead the creation of professional proposals, tenders, and presentations to maximise win rates.
- Leverage industry knowledge, competitor insights, and client need to position GuardPro as a preferred provider.
- Attend meetings, pitches, site visits, and industry events to showcase our services and capabilities.
- Work with the leadership team to design tailored service solutions and ensure seamless client onboarding.
WHAT YOU’LL BRINGExperience & Skills
- 3 years proven success in security guarding sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong operational understanding of security personnel management and service delivery.
- Demonstrated success in winning tenders and preparing bid documentation.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a consultative selling approach.
- Highly organised, self-driven, disciplined, and results orientated.
- Proficient with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to influence, present, and communicate effectively at senior executive levels.
Professional RequirementsCurrent NSW Security Licence.
Current Driver’s Licence.
Ability to obtain a National Police Check.
Must be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
