Our client, an exciting, fast-growing creator platform, is looking for a Growth Lead to help shape their next phase. It’s a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take real ownership of acquisition, activation, and retention - running experiments, working closely with product and commercial teams, and scaling the channels and ideas that genuinely move the needle.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, launch, and iterate experiments across paid, social, partnerships, SEO, affiliates, and product flows
  • Build and optimise scalable strategies to attract new creators and users
  • Improve conversion across the full funnel, from first touch to active usage
  • Contribute to or own paid acquisition with a strong lead-generation mindset
  • Test creatives, audiences, and channels to uncover repeatable growth loops
  • Analyse performance across channels and user journeys
  • Translate insights into clear hypotheses and actionable experiments
  • Focus on metrics that drive sign-ups, retention, and lifetime value
  • Partner closely with product, sales, and engineering teams
  • Push ideas forward proactively and help shape company-wide growth priorities

Who You Are

  • A growth generalist with hands-on experience across multiple channels
  • Background in startups, scaleups, or fast-paced agency environments
  • Proven ownership of outcomes, not just execution of tasks
  • Comfortable managing multiple growth levers simultaneously
  • Action-oriented, experimental, and motivated by continuous learning
