The Role

We're seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives on operational excellence and flawless execution. You'll orchestrate complex client implementations from kickoff to launch and beyond, ensuring every moving piece is coordinated, every deadline is met, and every client receives exceptional service.

This is project-based work managing high-value B2B client implementations with lucrative compensation and strong potential for ongoing engagement as we scale.

What You'll Execute:

• Lead end-to-end project coordination for client onboarding and system implementations

• Maintain rigorous project timelines, dependencies, and deliverable tracking

• Serve as the central communication hub between clients, internal teams, and external vendors

• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies before they impact delivery

• Ensure seamless handoffs between project phases and team members

• Create and maintain detailed project documentation and status reporting systems

• Drive accountability across all stakeholders to meet committed deadlines

• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with zero tolerance for missed deadlines

• Expert-level proficiency in Asana with demonstrated ability to create sophisticated project structures

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical teams and C-level executives
